Every single time.  It’s going to happen; life is going to punch you in the face and kick you in the balls.  When you think you’ve recovered it is going to throw you to the ground.  What are you going to do?  Let life keep beating you down? Stay down? Fuck all that noise.

Im getting back up every single time.  I’ve been at the bottom and I’ve been at the top and I know that you can go from the bottom to the top again and again, because I have and I will again.  Everyone has their own definition of “the top”for themselves.  They also have a solid definition of the bottom.

Going back to the other day where I was talking about reacting to life.  What position are you in? Are you just reacting to life or are you taking the action yourself.  I fully believe that everyone can do anything they want if they go after it with everything they have.

Stop thinking about the past and letting it control your life.  Your past is exactly what it is. You can do anything you want to today and take control of your life.  Everything is all about how you think about it.  No one is making you hold on to all of the baggage.
